1.5mi wu to falcon gorge today and then did a ladder hill workout. 100 200 300 400 in between 5:58 and 6:46 mile pace. I averaged at about a 6:10 which I was happy about. Jamie only had me do one set since I'm still getting back into it and my mileage is only at 3 this week. overall felt pretty good. Finished with abs, hips, and even did some push ups. It's so nice being back with the team.
